- 麦克风与语音数据：当您使用语音输入、AI 对话或解梦等功能时，我们会在您授权后访问麦克风。语音会通过设备操作系统或语音识别服务转写为文字，用于实现相应功能；我们不保存原始录音。
- 相机与相册：在您使用（如设置头像、上传图片）时，经您授权访问相机或相册。
- AI 对话内容：当您使用 AI 陪伴、解梦等功能时，您输入的文字或语音转写的文字会发送至我们的服务器进行处理，以生成回复。

- AI 对话记录：为向您提供连续对话体验及改进服务质量而保留；您可在应用内删除相关记录；账户注销后一并删除。
- 设备与日志数据（如设备型号、系统版本、访问日志、分析与崩溃数据）：通常保留不超过 14 个月，之后予以删除或匿名化处理。
- 客服与沟通记录：为处理您的咨询与投诉，通常保留不超过 24 个月。
- 法律合规要求：在税务、反欺诈、争议解决等法律要求情形下，我们可能在法定或合理必要期限内保留特定信息；期满后删除或匿名化。
若我们不再需要某类个人数据，将按规定删除或进行不可逆匿名化处理。

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, process, and share your data when you use our app "SleepBeauty".
1. Data We Collect
When you use our app, we may collect the following types of data:
- Account and profile information: such as email, phone number, nickname, avatar, and personal preferences (used for registration, login, and personalized services).
- Usage and interaction data: such as favorites, likes, playback history, sleep goals, and card draws.
- Sleep and health data: with your explicit authorization, we read sleep data from your system Health app (iOS HealthKit / Android Health Connect) solely to display your sleep information within the app. This data is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to our servers. You may also log sleep manually, which is likewise stored only on your device.
- Microphone and voice data: when you use voice input, AI chat, or dream interpretation, we access the microphone with your permission. Your speech is transcribed to text by the operating system or a speech-recognition service to enable these features; we do not store raw audio recordings.
- Camera and photo library: accessed with your permission when you use related features (e.g., setting an avatar, uploading an image).
- AI conversation content: when you use AI companion or dream-interpretation features, the text you enter or text transcribed from your voice is sent to our servers for processing to generate responses.
- Device and log data: such as device model, operating system version, access times and logs, crash diagnostics, and device identifiers used for analytics (including advertising identifiers).
- Location data: approximate location collected only when you permit it, for related features (e.g., jet-lag reference).
2. How We Use Data
The data we collect is used for the following purposes:
- To provide and maintain our app and its features.
- To improve your experience and provide personalized content.
- To enable specific features such as voice input, AI chat, and sleep display.
- To communicate with you, such as responding to inquiries and comments.
- To perform analytics and stability diagnostics to improve the app.
3. Data Sharing and Third-Party Services
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. To operate the app, we use the following third-party services, which process relevant data on our behalf to provide their services:
- Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics): for usage statistics and crash diagnostics, which may involve device identifiers (including advertising identifiers).
- Operating system speech-recognition services: to transcribe your voice input into text.
- Cloud and content-delivery providers: to host and deliver in-app content.
We otherwise share your information only: with your consent; or when required or permitted by law (e.g., in response to a subpoena or other legal process).
4. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal information, and other rights provided by applicable law. You can delete your account and associated data anytime in the app under Profile → Privacy & Agreements → Delete Account.

We employ various security measures to help ensure your personal information is not lost, misused, or altered without authorization.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, and we do not store personal data unrelated to you indefinitely. Retention periods are as follows:
- Account and profile information (email, phone, nickname, avatar, preferences): retained while you use the service. After you request deletion via the in-app "Delete Account" feature, we delete or anonymize your account and related profile within 30 business days, except where otherwise required by law.
- Usage and interaction data (favorites, likes, playback history, sleep goals): retained while your account is active; deleted together with your account upon deletion.
- Sleep and health data: stored locally on your device and not uploaded to our servers; removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
- Microphone and voice data: used only for real-time processing of the relevant features; raw audio recordings are not stored.
- AI conversation records: retained to provide a continuous conversation experience and improve service quality; you may delete such records in the app; deleted together with your account upon deletion.
- Device and log data (device model, system version, access logs, analytics and crash data): generally retained for no more than 14 months, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
- Customer service and communication records: generally retained for no more than 24 months to handle inquiries and complaints.
- Legal compliance: for tax, anti-fraud, dispute-resolution, and other legally required purposes, we may retain specific information for the legally required or reasonably necessary period; it is deleted or anonymized thereafter.
If we no longer need a category of personal data, we delete it or irreversibly anonymize it as required.

This app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
